Traveling Far & Wide: Bamiyan, Afghanistan
Despina Papadapoulos, one of Far & Wide's partners in creating the Artisan Toolkit, was just in Bamiyan, Afghanistan on assignment from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). So far, more than 2,000 artisans have been trained with the Artisan Toolkit, which has now reached Bamiyan. Here are some of the beautiful photos Despina took on her trip.
