Artisan: Connecting Worlds
Delicate yet bold, these bronze and silver earrings were handcrafted by recent graduates of Turquoise Mountain in Kabul under the tutorial of jewelry designer Garnish by Kara Hamilton in Toronto.
As part of this process, Kara spent a week in Kabul working directly with the artisans. The artisans in turn were given a rare opportunity to work with an international designer and gain experience and exposure to new designs, techniques and trends.
Dimensions: 8.7cm long (3.5”).
Please note that the base material is natural bronze and therefore subject to tarnish.
