Artisan: Connecting Worlds
Part of a 12-piece collection in collaboration with recent graduates of Turquoise Mountain in Kabul and jewelry designer Garnish by Kara Hamilton in Toronto, the bronze and lapis cuff is a statement piece handcrafted and finished with three beautiful oval lapis stones.
As part of this process, Kara spent a week in Kabul working directly with the artisans. The artisans in turn were given a rare opportunity work with an international designer and gain experience and exposure to new designs, techniques and trends.
Dimensions: 7.6cm x 6.2cm (3” x 2.4”)
Please note that the base material is natural bronze and therefore subject to tarnish.
